Yeah yeah yeah, get back to work jerks.
T$F was spread all over the country for the holidays. I’m back to L.A. from a stint in South Florida. Crazy shit happens in the South- ask NOS if you don’t believe me.
I got some sick stories to share this week, here’s a couple obvious pics when you think about New Year’s 2010 and traveling on airplanes.
First thing, hope everyone noted the blue moon this New Year’s Eve. First time that happened in thirty years!
A Blue Moon is the “extra” full moon in years that have thirteen full moons. Most years have twelve full moons. A “blue moon” is also used colloquially to mean “a rare event”, especially in the phrase “once in a blue moon”.
I was on the beach and probably caught the best view of the moon over the Gulf of Mexico. I took some really crappy cell phone pics, but you can see the moon was BLINDING bright. Looked like staring into a flashlight.
And if that wasn’t enough to keep you all excited, I’m sure you heard about the numerous terrorist threats and security breaches lately. Here’s a little sign T.S.A. is kind enough to post as you pass through the Tampa airport security.
